What TO Choose In The Burger Bar
Burger is one of the healthy fast foods available.. and not to leave their immense taste. Hmm, i think ‘In n Out Burgers’ produce one of the tastiest burgers out there.. Well, coming to the point, burger is also one of the member of the JUNK FOOD family. So, we should always be alert in choosing a burger that fits our diet style..
By choosing foods carefully from fast-food menus, you can select a reasonably well-balanced meal, while limiting your intake of some of the more harmful ingredients.
·Choose small plain burgers as opposed to giant burgers with all the trimmings.
· Order milk instead of a milk shake, or a low-calorie soft drink instead of a conventional one.
· Choose a smaller portion of French fries and have a side salad.
· Don’t be persuaded to eat larger helpings than you really need.
· Skip the mayonnaise and melted cheese. By leaving them out, you can save nearly 200 calories on a king-sized burger and reduce your fat intake.
